Responsibilities: Greeting hotel guests and assisting them throughout the check-in and check-out process; Building and maintaining good relationships with guests, providing personalized service, promptly addressing requests, and handling any complaints; Managing reservations efficiently, answering phone calls, and taking messages in accordance with hotel policies; Increasing revenue through upselling and recommending our hotel’s amenities and services. What we are looking for: Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Romanian and English; Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills; Availability to work shifts, including weekends and nights; Personal qualities: proactive, team-oriented, a positive attitude; Very good computer skills; Previous experience in hotels or similar environments is an advantage.
