Brasov Hybrid Work Freudenberg Performance Materials SRL You support our team as HR Admin Professional with German Responsibilities Process requests for authorisations, certificates, letters, and confirmations; Ensure timely delivery of documents to employees, managers, or local HR teams; Maintain accurate records of issued documents. Initiate and manage the preparation of employment contracts and other related documents; Collaborate with local HR teams to finalize and distribute contracts; Oversee document management for personnel files, including uploading, clustering, and setting deletion periods for documents not requiring handwritten signatures; Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies; Support onboarding and offboarding processes specific to the business groups; Provide necessary documents and KPI data for audits related to HR; Manage proxy settings for employees in accordance with access rights; Prepare and distribute bonus and salary increase letters; Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of bonuses and salary adjustments; Maintain electronic records of compensation-related documents. Qualifications Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; Minimum of 2-3 years in HR administration or a related area, preferably within a shared services environment; Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Workday; experience with SAP HR is an advantage); Very good English and German language skills; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word (e.g. serial letters), Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams); Good knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Sign for digital signature processes; High level of accuracy in handling employee records and documentation; Strong service orientation, focusing on delivering high-quality support to internal clients; Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with local HR teams and other departments; Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
