HR Manager Sales & Marketing We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager for our Sales & Marketing team. This role is based in our Legnano offices and is pivotal in supporting the implementation of the HR programs and activities. About the Role: As an HR Manager, you will work in collaboration with the full HR Community including global Centers of Excellence and their representatives at local level to provide comprehensive HR support to our Italy organization. You will be part of Iberia and Italy HR Department and you will support the local business by offering professional support in all operational HR issues related to agreed activities. This includes aspects of attraction and retention like Comp & Ben, Career Development, Training, Change Management, Organizational Evolution, Data & Analytics, and Employee Relations programs. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What You Will Do : You will ensure activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and comply with legal requirements. Act as a speaking partner to HR Community, line management and employees, providing expert assistance and guidance on assigned activities. Propose local adaptations to harmonize and/or improve process delivery in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Comp&Ben, Learning & Development and HR Administration Teams. Contribute to overall HR process, in collaboration with other HR Managers and other department to delivery with input or as a process member. Apply and maintain relevant tools and systems. Participate in projects at both local and international levels. Contribute to provide a service culture to fulfill the business objectives. Who You Are You have attended a master’s degree in economics, Law or related skills. You own a solid previous experience of minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner/HR Manager in a complex matrix international organization, preferably in Sales and Marketing field. You feel comfortable in communicate efficiently both in Italian and English. You are a proficient user in Microsoft Package, the full knowledge of Workday system will represent a strong plus. You are a natural Team Player with good negotiation and communication skills, and you always try to simplify complexity.
