What to do: Generate regular workforce reports on e.g. hiring, workforce structure, compensation as well as time management Ensure the delivery of data for statutory reporting to authorities and Erste Group Partner with stakeholders, e.g. Management and HR Business Partners, to understand reporting needs and deliver insights Provide data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with various departments such as Finance/Controlling as well as Erste Group colleagues Improve and develop automated reporting solutions and optimize existing processes incl. visualization of data You check these boxes: University degree with a specialization in Business Administration, Controlling, Human Resources or Data Science / Statistics Relevant professional experience in HR Reporting and/or HR Controlling, ideally within the IT or banking sector Passion to derive insights out of data and build hypothesis as basis for decision making Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HR systems, esp.
