A day in your life at Atotech CZ, a.s. In your role as HSEQS& Facilities Manager (m/f/d) in Jablonec you are working independently, and you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of processes and controls in the area of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Security and Facilities. You understand the relevant occupational health and safety risks as well as environmental aspects, and quality on site. You will support also the sales team helping them to provide the best service to customers. Reliability, sense of responsibility, communication skills, ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, flexibility, organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural competence are the main competences required. You responsibilities Ensuring the implementation of the defined programs and measures in the Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Security area Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate these risks Maintenace of the local Integrated Management System certified under ISO 9001/14001/45001 Ensure proper investigations into workplace incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Assure legal compliance with regards to all HSE legal legislation and permit related topics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate hazards Manage and maintain the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the building as well as off all the Pilot Line and Wastewater Treatment Plant What you bring to the table University degree in chemistry, engineering or similar qualification Professional experience appropriate for this role in the HSE area and integrated management systems Excellent communication skills (in English) and MS Office skills Collaborative personality with strong analytical skills paired with emotional intelligence Process-driven and detail-orientated way of working with high quality standards and a simultaneous focus on results Preferred qualifications Experience in Chemical or Manufacturing industries is desirable Training as a Quality Manager (ISO 9001) and Environmental Manager (ISO 14001) / Safety Manager (ISO 45001) is desirable #LI-LB1 Show more Show less
