What You ‘ll Be Doing: Responsible for technology/product roadmap definition, delivery through product development projects and evolution, for the allocated products portfolio. End-to-end (from concept to disposal) product management, including associated marketing documentation, for the allocated products portfolio (experience and background dependent). Identify opportunities for and lead product marketing activities (briefings, demos, trials etc.) to support business development activities and market access. Formulate overarching solutions and architectures that maximize IDE’s Unique Value Proposition (UVP) for customers, including cost vs. performance optimization. Continuous technology and market intelligence, proactively identifying market / end user trends, product gaps and competitive environment. Oversight of IDE’s existing EDF Energy projects, from an architecture/product roadmap aspect. Contribute to IDE’s concepts for EDF proposals or other National / International funding programs, working together with the New Technologies business area. Identify new prospects for business opportunities, build trusted relationships and synergies for IDE to provide “System of Systems” solutions. Analyze tender/RFP requirements, contribute and/or lead concept/solution definition and manage proposal preparation. Preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations to a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders. What’s in it for You: Friendly and Dynamic Working Environment. Qualifications & Experience Required: University Degree in Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or Power Electronics. A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a Product Manager, Product Marketing, Systems Architect or Technical Manager role in a technology company, with demonstrated track record. Experience in one or more of the following market and technology areas: Li-Ion battery modules, Energy Storage Systems, Hybrid Power Systems, Microgrid architectures, Power Electronics, DC High-Voltage Energy Systems, Vehicle Power Systems. Experience in Technical & Commercial Proposals preparation and management. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills, both in English and Greek. Driving license and availability to travel overseas. Desired: Postgraduate Degree in one of the areas above. Knowledge and familiarity with relevant industrial (EN, IEC, UL) and military standards (MIL-STD, DEF-STAN, STANAG). Key Competencies: Vision and capacity to understand market and customer trends.
