The Role: For our Corporate ICT department, we are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Partner Finance with advanced SAP S/4HANA expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the finance departments to optimize business processes and implement innovative technological solutions. Main Responsibilities of the role: Work closely with business key users, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Support process design and promote best-practice adoption Accountable for the definition of a technology product portfolio supporting the delivery of business capabilities and requirements Responsible for project value identification, solution adoption, and value realization. Ensure that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the overall technology framework and quality Ensure continuous improvement of live applications, constantly evaluating the current solutions vs the business needs to deploy a major level of effectiveness and efficiency Contribute to the business cases definition, in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support the business capabilities and – once approved – build a global platform. Project design and monitoring of each phase, managing priorities, and involving all the stakeholders needed for implementations Establish and promote software development standards and processes, along with best practices for delivering scalable and high-quality applications Standardize the application development among the affiliates Demand Management Collaborate effectively with all team members Collaborate with other ICT team members like Infrastructure, Governance, and Computer System Validation Work with suppliers and external partners/consultants Responsible for managing the external consultant team ( AMS ) for projects and enhancements, with a collaborative spirit and attitude. Qualifications and other requirements: Academic background: Scientific Degrees, Economic degrees (preferably ICT or management Engineering) Professional experience: 10+ years in a complex company or consulting company Professional Background: Life Science, Pharmaceutical / Chemical Business Technical Skills: Strong and deep knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Treasury processes in similar context Strong and deep knowledge of SAP S/4 Finance, Controlling and Treasury modules Experience in full SAP implementation projects Strong background experience in customizing activities for Finance, Controlling and Treasury SAP modules SAP 4/HANA platform Strong project management experience, better if PM certified Fluent English oral and written Competencies: Excellent team working & collaborative Good personal organization Excellent communication Results-oriented Problem-solving Adaptability Flexibility Sense of emergency and work by priorities Accountability Innovation-driven Place of work: Bresso (MI) – hybrid work Show more Show less
