Taking care of delivery orders, changes, incidents Administration of NAS / Object Storage: NetApp – FAS / AFF / Ontap-Select, EMC – DD2200 / DD3300, NetApp – StorageGRID Webscale Dealing with upgrades (clusters, shelves, disks etc.) Covering business via on-call Dealing with troubleshooting calls with the customers Supporting new storage installations, configurations, projects Qualifications YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: have professional experience in the administration of NAS Storage systems: NAS / Object Storage: NetApp – FAS / AFF / Ontap-Select, EMC – DD2200 / DD3300, NetApp – StorageGRID Webscale, ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage, Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, speak German and English at least on B2 level Additional Information WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE US? We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.
