Do you want to join Weibel and make a difference for colleagues and customers as our new ILS Engineer? Weibel develops and manufactures the world´s most advanced Doppler radar systems for costumers across most of the world. Weibel is experiencing tremendous growth and last year we welcomed more than 120 new colleagues to the company. The growth continues, which is why Weibel is looking for a ILS Engineer to strengthen our growing Aftermarket team. Do you have experience working with Reliability and Maintainability Engineering deliveries for complex projects? Then you might be the person we are looking for. Together with skilled colleagues in the Aftermarket team, you are going to establish the ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) deliveries for our global customers and service contracts. Your role and responsibilities As our new ILS Engineer, you will assist in building and managing Weibel’s ILS offerings as part of the contracts we secure for the delivery of radars and services related to our radar systems. Your key areas of responsibilities will include: Planning and execution of Weibel’s offerings such as Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) and Testability analyses, technical documentation, spare parts packages, maintenance concepts, training programs etc. Developing and maintaining Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) repositories for each of our products. Participate in exchanges with the customers ILS organization. Develop plans in line with the customers’ individual contracted service deliverables, supporting the Project. Develop support concepts for the Weibel products and assist in developing service contracts Ensure timely compliance to Weibel’s ILS commitments and deliverables. You can expect some travel activities. Your qualifications and background You have an academic degree, preferably in engineering and notions of reliability engineering. You have strong communication skills in English both written and spoken. As a person, you are systematic, efficient and persistent. It would be an advantage if you: Have experience with working in international markets. Have experience from the Defence Industry. Your new team You will join our Aftermarket team, which is part of Weibel’s Sales and Aftermarket organization and you will report to our Global Aftermarket Director, Mikael Sjöholm. The Aftermarket team consist of app. 20 competent and dedicated colleagues.
