Candidate Responsibilities • Telephone Customer Service (1st level support) for issues related to application use, PC use and networks (connectivity etc.). • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network technical issues. • Examining user needs and finding the appropriate equipment according to them. • Network and PC installations. (format, troubleshooting, hardware drivers) • On site support for network or hardware failures Full subject familiarization training is provided. Διάγνωση και επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων εξοπλισμού, λογισμικού και δικτύου. Εξέταση αναγκών χρηστών και εύρεση του κατάλληλου εξοπλισμού ανάλογα με αυτές. Εγκαταστάσεις δικτύων και Η/Υ.
