The Innovation Hub will be integrated into the Combineering organization – part of the Business Development and R&D team. Hence, hosted by Combineering , but operating and benefitting the entire Reconomy Group. Key Responsibilities: Management Manage the innovation team Manage and oversee programs, staff, and budgets Lead the data collection and analyses required to support the implementation and delivery of the Net Zero sustainability strategy and targets Provide coaching, training, and support for continuous improvement initiatives Supervising the data accuracy process Develop and execute regulatory strategies and plans to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Liaising with industrial partners and stakeholders to develop collaboration and business development opportunities based on the growth and business development opportunities identified through a combination of detailed and segmented analyses of the mass flows in the Reconomy Group and the future changes in the regulatory environment. Data Oversee environmental data collection, measurement, monitoring, and reporting, including the annual sustainability management report Produce regular sustainability progress reports for operational working groups and leadership boards Administration Implement business and management principles involved in project coordination, strategic planning, risk management, resource allocation and coordination. Contribute to the overall strategic decisions of the innovation hub Coordinate efforts to implement standard operating procedures and key performance indicators relevant to the innovation hub Cooperate closely with the communication department to make expertise accessible to stakeholders and the public Required Skills: People management experience Experience in software implementation Project Management experience Experience in developing circular economy concepts Proficient in data analysis and interpretation and able to develop measures for improvement Ability to train multi-disciplinary groups in improvement and innovation methodologies Excellent project coordination skills Bachelor degree Professional experience in circular economy Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Conflict resolution and negotiation, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills What do we offer?
