Role Overview: As an Integration & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating and supporting Oracle Opera and Simphony products. You will resolve technical issues, validate integrations, and document rollouts. Additionally, you will manage merchant onboarding across various IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of solutions. You will provide Level 2 support, assist with testing and validation, and collaborate with both Pre-Sales and internal teams to enhance the customer experience. This role requires up to 40% travel to support customer deployments and solutions. There may also be on-call duties (OCD) as needed to provide support outside regular working hours. Fluency in Italian and Arabic is required to effectively communicate with clients and partners in various regions. What You Will Do: Oversee merchant onboarding, working with IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners to ensure timely completion. Assist with integration, testing, and validation of payment solutions, particularly with Oracle Opera, Simphony, and related products. Maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments and support the deployment of new features. Create and maintain user documentation and ensure all information is accurate and complete. Provide Level 3 support for technical issues and engage in technical discussions to resolve problems. Support pilot and production teams during deployment and integration stages. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to validate integrations, ensure proper configuration, and meet customer specifications. Train internal team members on solutions and processes. Analyze and report the status of installed solutions, ensuring the highest quality service. Maintain excellent customer service standards by responding to queries within established SLA timelines. Be flexible and proactive in taking on new tasks and challenges as they arise, adapting to the fast-moving environment. Travel up to 40% to support customer deployments, integration, and solution delivery. Participate in on-call duties (OCD) to provide support outside regular working hours as needed. Utilize fluency in Italian and Arabic to communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams. Who You Are: 4+ years of experience in technical payments, with a strong understanding of the integrated payments world. Proficient in Oracle Opera, Simphony, and related products; experience with Pax Suite and MDM MaxStore is a plus. Oracle certification preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical validation skills. Knowledgeable in web services, APIs, and integration methodologies. Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in payments, POS, or Tax-Free industries is an asset. Fluency in Italian and Arabic is required for effective communication with diverse customers and stakeholders.
