Description We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Interim Process Analyst Investments with a strong background in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and a proven track record of delivering hands-on results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Experience in the investment banking or financial services sector is highly desirable, as the role requires an in-depth understanding of complex business environments. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis – Conduct detailed assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Process Design & Improvement – Develop and document end-to-end process models using BPMN standards. – Redesign and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance. – Implement innovative solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Governance Design & Implementation – Establish governance structures to monitor and manage process integrity, ownership and compliance. – Develop process documentation including RA(S)CI matrices, policies and controls. – Define roles and responsibilities for process ownership and oversight. Hands-On Delivery – Work directly with teams to implement process changes and facilitate adoption. – Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure sustainable outcomes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements. – Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions. Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise – Strong proficiency in BPMN, with the ability to design and communicate complex process models effectively. – Familiarity with process management tools (e.g., Cawemo, Visio, or similar). – Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Industry Knowledge – Experience in investment banking, financial services, or a related sector is highly preferred. Professional Skills – Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. – Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering actionable results. – Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. – Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution. Education & Certifications – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. – Certifications in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
