Join our team as an Internal Controls Analyst and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our business processes! What You’ll Do Main Focus: Ensuring compliance with regulations for business processes. Internal Controls: Documenting and assessing internal controls, performing tests, and addressing any issues. Risk Management: Helping with risk assessments and implementing controls to address risks. Testing: Coordinating and conducting tests to ensure controls are effective, and communicating any issues found. Review and Improve: Identifying gaps in controls, strengthening the control environment, and ensuring consistency. Audit Support: Guiding internal audits on testing the effectiveness of controls. Analysis: Reviewing transactions to ensure they comply with regulations and policies, using data analysis tools. Self-Testing: Conducting self-assessment tests and documenting results. Projects: Participating in and managing various finance or control-related projects . What We Need Experience:3 years related in Financial Audits, Internal Controls Testing and Internal Audit. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.. Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a simple, understandable manner to all levels of organization, including management, US GAAP, SOX. Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.
