Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our repeat customers. overseeing a portfolio of around 40 clients who regularly import our products, ensuring excellent service, efficient communications, and strong, long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: 4.1. Client Relationship Management: Keep the ongoing relationship with clients/agents of the company in each country. Once clients place a new order, provide them with a PROFORMA invoice and ensure the production and delivery process starts. Ensure orders are delivered on time as per the client’s requirements. Monitor client payments to be made as per agreement and timeline. Follow up on new projects with existing customers and ensure new products are launched on time. Gather reports on brand promotion and how it is carried out in target countries and with clients. Avoid out-of-stock situations for clients. Ensure they place orders on time, considering production lead time and vessel transit time. Handle damage claims from clients professionally, including insurance compensation or company compensation. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders are loaded and delivered on time as per client requirements. Address client concerns or complaints and resolve them professionally, following standard procedures. Escalate any significant issues to higher management. Maintain a list of orders for each client and monitor progress. Obtain a 12-month forecast from clients, if possible, and ensure that forecasts are met. 4.2. Order Management: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution. 4.3. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve complex customer issues, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams. 4.4. Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results. 4.5. Manage Customer Accounts: Oversee customer accounts, including contract renewals, invoicing, and payment processing. 4.6. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions. 4.7. Business Development: Take over new clients and their agreements from management. Provide clients with all necessary documentation to register the products in their respective countries. Arrange amendments to artwork with the company design team if new clients require new artwork as per country regulations. Follow up to ensure clients receive all documents and details needed for registration in a timely manner. Prevent delays in the registration process for new clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the food or FMCG industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Why Join Us?
