We are looking for a project manager who can successfully work omn two projects; Introduce Microsoft Copilot Studio, a new AI-powered tool for software development, and; Manage a global IP telephony transition from on-premise infrastructure to cloud. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, building governance, creating an operational setup, and executing the first pilot projects for both initiatives. You will also need to plan, budget, and monitor the progress and quality of the deliverables. Responsibilities Introduce Microsoft Copilot Studio to the software development teams and stakeholders, and demonstrate its benefits and features Build a governance framework and a change management plan for the adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio Create an operational setup and a support model for the users of Microsoft Copilot Studio Execute the first pilot projects using Microsoft Copilot Studio and collect feedback and lessons learned Manage the global IP telephony transition from on-premise infrastructure to cloud, and coordinate with the vendors, IT teams, and business units Plan the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for the IP telephony transition Build a new operational setup and a service level agreement for the IP telephony system Monitor and report on the status, risks, and issues of the IP telephony transition Ensure the quality and satisfaction of the deliverables and the stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Experience in leading and managing complex and cross-functional projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Fluent in English Show more Show less
