Our partner is an innovative IT service company, focusing on creating customized, quality solutions for their clients. They have a diverse product portfolio, including the development of data warehouses, CRM systems and various web and mobile applications. IT Business Consultant About the role: They are looking for an experienced professional with a strong business consultant background and expertise in the financial field with particular focus on the insurance sector. Utilizing their skillset the Business Consultant not only understands client needs but is able to shape them to create best solutions and establish long-term partnerships. They will actively support the introduction of new projects, maintain close contact with clients, stakeholders and help the product development teams with continuous input of industry best practices. Tasks and Responsibilities: ● Taking a key role in initiation phase projects to identify and shape customer needs ● Taking part in the preparation and writing of international tenders ● Participation in pre sales tasks (processing RFIs, RFPs, key role in professional proposal preparation, negotiation rounds) ● Professional management of customer workshops, guiding them to the best possible solutions ● Defining business needs, supporting software delivery teams ● Participating in the formulation of marketing messages with a professional content ● Monitoring industry trends, coordinating them with the partners responsible for their service development directions and marketing strategy ● Keeping in touch with business stakeholders ● Further development of a service culture built on Customer Satisfaction strengthening a consultative approach in the organization, participating in internal knowledge sharing Requirements: ● University degree form technical or economical field ● 3-5 years of experience in a consultancy role, working in the financial field ● Multiple years of professional experience in the insurance sector ● Experience working on IT projects ● Structured and independent approach ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● A target- and customer-oriented mindset ● Outstanding problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility ● Flexible, adaptive approach ● High level knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 applications ● Professional English language skills both written and verbal Huge plus: ● Experience with digital media channels ● Keeping track of current market trends and news ● Experience in project management and/or team leadership Our Partner offers: ● A chance to be part of professional challenges, working on complex and innovative IT and financial projects ● Support professional development with external and internal training sessions ● Chance to develop a career through objectives and regular assessments ● Flexible work schedule with home office opportunity ● Bonus, cafeteria, Medicover health insurance, Employee Assistance Program ● Regular team-building events ● Dog-friendly workplace Place of work: Budapest XIII.
