Position Our Professional Services Unit keeps growing and we are looking for a Delivery Manager to strengthen our software development teams, responsible for delivering solutions for customers primarily from the financial sector. The Delivery Manager is responsible for the execution of technical projects to deliver high quality solutions for internal and external customers. Scope of position includes liaising with partners, planning, tracking, reporting and administration, employing project management methodologies. Key Duties and Responsibilities Define project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Manage team, scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables Expertise in estimation and planning techniques Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Ensure that the values, principles, and practices are followed Resolve problems effectively Coach practices to enable the team to improve efficiency Drive continuous improvement and encourage an experimentation mindset Liaise with customers, partners, business and other areas Report and escalate to management as needed Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of proven work experience in project management Experience with software delivery projects Experience with project management software tools Strong people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hungarian Ability to cooperate with other development teams both internally and externally Creative and strategic thinking Team player attitude What we offer Growing company with solid background, large-scale projects, Hungarian and international clients Full-time employment with long-term career perspective Competitive salary and benefit package with private health insurance Hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days home office / week Professional training opportunities High-quality work environment and equipment Positive and supportive colleagues, cooperative teams Show more Show less
