IT – ERP Administrator Responsibilities: Management / Maintenance and monitoring of the Entersoft-EBS ERP system Design, implementation, and end-user support in Entersoft-EBS ERP Excellent understanding of ERP functions in the areas of retail, finance, procurement, sales, and warehouse management Experience in report design Direct communication with Entersoft’s external partners/consultants and ERP users Participation in user acceptance testing processes Post-implementation support and maintenance services Monitoring the secure and smooth operation of infrastructure and information systems Management / Administration of Active Directory/DNS/Office 365 Management / Administration of Databases (MSSQL-MySQL) Support and Training for both backoffice and retail users Troubleshooting technical issues and equipment maintenance Installation and upgrading of hardware and software Qualifications: University degree in computer science or a related field Over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management Preferably experience in a commercial company with simultaneous involvement and experience in ERP implementations Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments / Office 365 Desired knowledge and management of Linux Servers Excellent knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, MPLS, etc.) Show more Show less
