In this dynamic context, we are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist for our production companies. The role is based in Sindos in Thessaloniki, and Hellenic Catering is the primary priority due to the actual tasks of production and coordination that take place in this location. However, the role is not limited to this unit’s only support and can operate on a greater scale across the Group. The Challenge Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. Solutions may vary from MS Office applications to ERP or WMS issues and technical assistance with Production/Operations Solutions, networks and digital equipment. Responsibilities: Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques & tools. Identify the best solutions based on users’ issues and the provided details. Guide users through problem-solving process. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary. Follow up to update user statuses and ensure resolution satisfaction. Gather and share user feedback or suggestions with relevant teams or stakeholders. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to support procedures and processes. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other digital equipment Support in the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 years’ experience in a help desk or technical support role. Strong ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Very good knowledge of O365 suites and applications, cloud services, networks and security policies and business. Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skill and troubleshooting & resolving issues related to end-user network cabling. Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites and from Remote Team. Proficiency in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a calm and patient demeanor. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
