Raiffeisen Bank Hungary plans to modernize its existing customer relationship management solution and introduce Salesforce with local IT systems integration. We are looking for an IT system analyst for our expanding Customer Data Management IT delivery team who will play a crucial role in the ongoing implementation and who is responsible for the management of this new IT service assigned to him/her over its lifecycle. The ideal candidate shall demonstrate a proven track record of specifying IT service requirements, designing, implementing, and testing technical solutions with IT integrations, and he/she shall have solid English skills to be able to represent the local bank’s requirements towards the RBI Head Office providing the Salesforce service. Salesforce knowledge is not mandatory, similar ‘software-as-a-service’ implementation experience or relevant experience in IT systems integrations is preferred. Key responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for Salesforce local IT solution and IT service management matters: coordinate local IT integration activities, represent local needs, ensure stable IT operation of the implemented solution Maintain regular contact with CRM Business stakeholders, plan and provide IT service requests, align delivery and support activities with local PMO/other impacted IT Delivery Units, ensure regular review of the IT service with RBI service provider Be actively involved in the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and production transition of the required IT delivery tasks, coordinate small to medium-sized cross-functional teams (IT analysts, developers, architects, IT testers) in delivering the required IT solutions in scope as per the upcoming changes for the Salesforce local service Plan and maintain required IT service support, ensure SLA covers business needs, participate in IT incident and problem management Adhere to IT processes and documentation needs (specifications, manuals, SLA, DR plan, KPI controls) Permanently monitor the IT service quality and drive improvements of the relevant IT processes Required work experience and skills you have at least 3+ years relevant experience as an IT System Analyst / IT Service Owner with a sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and IT service operations you have the technical knowledge depth in computer system capabilities, and technology platforms, in understanding technical problems, and you can map business processes into technical solution you have experience in the design and implementation of REST APIs, event-driven architecture you have sound knowledge of English (ability to work with an international team) you can work efficiently and proactively within a team as well as autonomously you have analytical thinking, good problem-solving skills, and a structured work approach you have strong communication skills, and you demonstrate a can-do attitude and good conflict-resolution skills Why is it worth working with us?
