ENABLING YOU TO SHAPE A BETTER TOMORROW Code number: J000012448 Entry level: Professionals Location: Cluj, Timisoara, Bucharest Organization: MHP – A Porsche Company Tasks Collaborate with colleagues to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholder needs Design back-end and front-end web-based software or customize software for client use Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle Perform user story implementation, bug tracking & bug fixing of scalable and highly available software components Perform code reviews (merge reviews) to ensure quality and maintain the performance of deployed solutions Conduct ticket analysis and log file analysis Identify issues and perform workaround definition, if possible Inform the client about changes in the system or explain existing features of the application Qualifications Must have: 5 years of overall software engineering experience in a Java environment Strong experience with Back End technologies such as Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Rest, Spring Security, Hibernate, Swagger or Apache Kafka Strong experience with Front End technologies such as Angular, Typescript, Redux Strong experience working with cross-functional teams A good understanding of design patterns, application architecture and experience working within a technical delivery team Experience with REST full API design Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, NoSQL, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB A thirst for writing clean and maintainable code and a drive for improving the quality of existing code whenever possible Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline is an advantage Good to have: AWS Docker ElasicSearch / Splunk Git / Gitlab SonarQube Soft-Skills & Tooling: Agile product development according to Scrum/SAFe Clean code principles Pair programming, code reviews Load / performance testing DevSecOps Things to know before departure: Start: by arrangement – always on the 1st and 15th of the month Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days Employment contract: Unlimited Line of work: Consulting Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus Flexibility & willingness to travel Other: a valid work permit Exclusive look behind the scenes At MHP, you will continuously grow with your projects and objectives in an innovative and supportive environment.
