Now there is the unique opportunity to join our team as a Jr. Accounting Specialist in our office in Milan, Italy. Responsibilities Responsible for bookkeeping. Supports Sr Accountant with all accounting and tax matters for the selected entities. Participates in the approval process (contracts, invoices) in our internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) Accounting of receipts and transactions (incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, advances, other accounting) Reviews contract terms / agreements and ensure payments are accurate and executed in a timely manner Collaborates / assists to the Sr. Accountant in performing the month end process. Takes part in preparation of financial statements, participation in annual audit weekly cash flow statements and other ad hoc reports if necessary internal loans management – interests’ calculation, confirmation of balances management of internal loans – interest calculation, verification of balances Requirements at least 1-3 years of accounting work experience Bachelor’s degree – financial and accounting qualifications preferred. familiarity with tax rules in Italy MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and ERP system (Dynamics 365 (F&O) is an advantage) Italian fluent and a good command of English is necessary.
