What will be your responsibilities: Developing ATL and BTL activities in accordance with the brand plan and market situation Tactical brand communication in line with the “positioning” and creative platform in order to achieve the strategic goals of the brand Management of activation and communication of sponsorship platforms Leading relationships and processes across all departments (purchasing, finance, planning, production) Managing and supervising suppliers in the areas of advertising, promotional activities, sponsorship and events, PR communication, digital marketing Responsibility for the allocated part of the brand budget and its effective use Cooperation in the preparation of the brand plan together with the (senior) brand manager and managing its implementation with sales departments Preparing analyses and resulting recommendations for the entrusted brand To excel in this role, you’ll need: University degree At least 3 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing preferably from FMCG company Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools Experience with project management, task prioritization Very good communication and presentations skills Good analytical and financial skills relevant to brand marketing Fluent knowledge of English language Driving license B Very good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel) What can you get from us: 5 weeks of vacation + 2 extra days for personal leave 2 paid days a year for volunteering Shortened working hours – 7.5 hours per day Tailor-made home office – 50:50 rule with the possibility of individual adjustment The Cafeteria Benefit System – choose from a wide range of applications (health, sports, culture, travel and other areas) Meal allowance Pension contribution – 1 500 CZK per month (18 000 CZK per year) for your pension plan Our products – vouchers for the purchase of products from the Plzeňský Prazdroj portfolio, for the pleasure of yourself and your loved ones Thanks to the regional Leadership Skills Development System, you will be able to continuously move further in your qualification Lyra wellbeing – assistance program for support with legal, financial and personal issues Employee Pubs – after-work beer Contact: Hana Solařová Hana.Solarova@asahibeer.cz Show more Show less
