We offer transformation capabilities for complex situations and provide support in e.g., digitalization and technology driven change, company integrations and separations, business transformation and functional improvements, sustainability initiatives and cost reduction & efficiency improvement activities. Our teams include: Operations – combines several areas of expertise to transform and optimize our customers’ core businesses. Finance Transformation – future-proofs our clients’ finance functions, with expertise in e.g., steering models and processes, strategies and business development, finance, and business controlling. Technology Transformation – operates in the intersection between business and technology, where we support our clients’ digital transformations from strategy to implementation. Customer – provides expertise in customer behavior and innovation – with our tools and methods, the team helps companies design the optimal customer experience and strategies for front office functions. Procurement – reduce costs, increase efficiency using digitalization and improved forecasting within procurement functions and processes. People & Change – strategic planning in people matters like workforce, competences, change management and HR-analytics. *Lighthouse – leverages data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to build and deliver solutions that transform the business of our clients. *Onsite Solutions – Supporting CFO and CHRO with interim solutions within the finance and HR area .
