Following the standards of the PANDORA brand, regional positioning through a network of retail and franchise stores has been carefully performed. To further develop business at the regional level, we are looking for an associate in the position: E-Commerce Specialist Junior Ensure the Day-to-day running of all our web shops and provide the best user experience. This will include implementation of marketing campaigns designed, to retain our current customers and increase online traffic and acquire new customers. Key responsibilities In this position, your main responsibilities will include without limitation the following: Development, setting up and maintaining an online stores and corporate website; Manage the yearly plan execution in cooperation with local management and eCommerce team including campaigns integration with strict deadlines, new features implementation and platform roll-out Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to online sales; Responsible for trends analysis and monitoring competition activities; Execution and evaluation of e-business activities and online marketing plans Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, provide insight & recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales and best user experience; Monitor channel performance progress vs targets with strong focus on sales performance, behavioural funnel analysis & customer satisfaction Ensure daily management of web shop sales and providing the best user experience and optimizing the shopping path from call to action, in order to turn e-shop visitors into satisfied customers Daily monitoring of the web shop administration, which consists of inventory management, monitoring of delivery flows and customer satisfaction, order processing, as well as the return of goods Provide assistance in new projects implementation, launching e-shops for the markets in which the company develops business Conduct activities related to creation of webshop pages and content, update webshop content (product descriptions, declarations, product classification, images, blogs) Create and input digital material (banners, landing pages), work with CSS, HTML, and creation of promotions with special reference to SEO elements to improve results in search engines Ensure all error codes displayed on digital boutiques are understandable and prevent customers from calling the CRC Provide support in the incident investigation and reporting process. Professional Qualifications and Experience Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar position Experience in working with HTML and CSS Experience in working with eCommerce platform Magento 2 is an advantage Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Good spoken and written English communications skills.
