If you want to work in a modern and pleasant working environment and you are filled with passion & drive to grow with us, please send us your CV in: hiring.c@stiq.gr The Junior Fleet coordinator will manage our full cycle of our rider team, from creating the weekly schedule, ordering the riders equipment, maintenance of our fleet and proactively identifying potential issues/problems that may occur. If you have experience with fleet organizing and monitoring, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Responsibilities/ What you will do: Weekly creation and daily changes of the Riders Schedule Making sure every rider has received or is using the necessary equipment (e.g. helmet, gloves) Guiding the riders with all the necessary information (salary, work absence, sudden changes in schedule) Communication with the heads of the collaborating delivery fleets and Freelancers, when is needed Monitor specific KPI’s and daily report them to the manager Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Contact visits to Hubs (Stores), when is needed Qualifications/ What you will need: Proven working experience of working as a rider, would be a plus Proven working experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role, would be a plus Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgment Excel knowledge Flexibility in working hours Ability to respond promptly to urgent needs Benefits/What we offer: Opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing start-ups in Greece We appreciate people and that’s why we offer attractive remuneration Full time employment We want to see you growing within the company Excellent working environment Ηybrid Model If the above sounds like you, we would like to meet you and discuss further!
