Junior HR Labour Law Specialist Your role will ensure that local laws, practices, and needs are thoroughly understood and considered while also facilitating alignment between global and local needs to achieve a common approach and delivery where needed. Key responsibilities: Provide legal support, secure compliance, and represent Hisense Europe Group as an employer in Slovenia Support to building and managing proactive, constructive relationships with local works councils and unions, as well as leading negotiations with the local works council Proactively interpret and apply laws, regulations, and agreements to secure compliance Be part of change- and strategic initiatives where Labour Relations/ Labour Law Expertise is needed and analyze and advise on solutions and give operational support Interpret and draft various employment agreements, contracts, and templates Collaborate across the team to deliver on business and team goals Participate in project work Contribute to the daily tasks of the team What we are expecting from you: Creative Thinking: you have a „questioning” mind-set Flexibility & Reliability: you are open to take ownership of new assignments and able to discern what is important Drive & Motivation: you can successfully handle multiple tasks and take both initiative & accountability for improving your own performance Judgement: you consider the consequences and think ahead Who you are: Collaboration. Your profile and background: An education within Labour Law (or relevant experience) or an interest to work in Human Resources with your legal knowledge field Background in supporting transformations and implementing strategies Project management skills- organize, prioritize activities and deliver outcomes in a clear timeframe Maintain a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on operational details Excellent oral and written communication skills in Slovenian and English Strong MS Office skills Show more Show less
