We are seeking a motivated Junior PV Engineer to join our engineering team supporting business development, operation and construction teams. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of photovoltaic PV & BESS systems, ensuring that installations meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, legal team and installation teams to support the successful deployment of projects. Main Responsibilities : Provide engineering support to the business development team for Photovoltaic and Battery storage projects in Ital y.Preliminary screening of new opportunities: environmental analysis, preliminary sizing, cost estimation, yield analysi s.Conduct on-site visits to assess PV/BESS potential, shading, and constraint s.Produce deliverables for new HV and MV connection reques t.Preliminary PV project drafting, from plant layout to yield analysi s.Support the activities of Construction and Operation Team s. Main Requiremen ts: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineer ing.Proficiency with MS Office su ite.Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and main components, especially PV.Proficiency with the use of Auto cad.Knowledge of QGIS and PVsyst is considered a p lus.Capability to work in an organized and goal-driven man ner.Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team memb ers.Enjoy collaboration across functional and geographic boundar ies.Italian and English language skills are required, other languages are a p lus.
