Your Team Responsibilities MSCI is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team in Budapest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in recruitment. You will begin by focusing on sourcing top talent, building strong pipelines, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives. Over time, you will gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to take ownership of roles, progressing into full-cycle recruitment. In this role, you will support both technology and non-technology hiring across Budapest and continental Europe, playing a key part in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding exceptional talent. Your contributions will directly support MSCI’s ambitious growth plans and long-term talent goals. Your Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, and assessment) while aligning with MSCI’s global practices. Actively build and maintain talent pipelines for both technology and non-technology roles across EMEA, ensuring all candidate data is accurately updated in our CRM system. Partner with team members to identify and engage passive candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms. Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates, ensuring strong candidate management skills are applied throughout the recruitment process. Conduct market mapping to identify key talent pools, track industry trends, and provide insights that inform recruitment strategies. Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles into all recruitment strategies and processes. Learn and adapt to market trends and regional hiring needs to create relevant recruitment strategies. Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel Strong communication and candidate management skills. Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Some experience with sourcing tools, job boards, or social media platforms to engage passive talent. Interest in building a career in recruitment with a focus on both technology and non-technology roles. A data-driven approach to decision-making is a plus.
