A pre-IPO backup and security vendor is seeking sales over-achievers with excellent communication skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota through direct sales process for Benelux. Successful applicants possess a storage industry reputation for competence, professionalism, integrity, and a passion for winning. Under limited direction meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue by direct sales. Must maintain accurate forecasting. REQUIREMENTS Strong experience selling data storage technologies with a top industry leader, strong prospecting skills, track record of replacing legacy vendors, and growing the current install base. Experience selling a new/single product line; especially against brand. Ability to work with channel partners on sales fulfillment. Demonstrated experience in managing a large territory, including demand generation, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, business strategy and deal management and closure. Strong understanding of driving business value for both End Users and Partners. Strong technical and business knowledge with the ability to understand the customer’s business drivers. Must be a self-starter with ability to drive products and business strategies to create demand. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 3+ years of selling data centre solutions New business hunter / new logo acquisition experience. Consistent history of exceeding targets.
