We’re on the lookout for a proactive and curious Project Manager Trainee to join us in Helsinki at Telia Towers Finland. This position is temporary during the summer and flexible between May 1st – September 30th, 2025. As a Project Manager Trainee… you will take part in a variety of ongoing development projects and will build a broad understanding of our key processes. You will play an important part in our transition to our new IT systems. Telia Towers is automating and streamlining our processes by implementing a new operations support system (OSS), Site Monitoring and Control System (SCADA) and FEA Structural analysis tool (Shapemaker). Our IT Vision is to be the most automated and customer focused tower company in the world. You will be working across different parts of our organization including Sales, Operations, Business Management and Account Management. You will also be working closely as part of Telia Towers Finland’s Deployment & Maintenance team. Telia Towers Finland’s Deployment & Maintenance team is a group of production managers who are responsible for the construction, maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting of masts and equipment spaces. The team collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders throughout Finland and Nordics. Additionally, our team manages a crucial partner network and actively participates in the development of processes, product management, sales, and customer interface activities, working closely with other teams within the company. Your responsibilities may include, depending on selected candidate: Variety of regular activities in Deployment & Maintenance operations Quality and performance management of our supplier network Project finance and profitability analysis Taking part in the implementation and clever utilization of new IT systems. Creating visualized data metrics for our key processes to support us in data-driven decision making. (PowerBI, SiteTracker, SQL) Standardization and development of documentation Is this you?
