Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients (key accounts). The KAM will serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and these clients, ensuring that their needs are met and driving business growth. This role focuses on understanding the client’s business objectives, developing tailored solutions, and working cross-functionally within the company to deliver exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing client expectations and resolving any issues. Ensure regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide product updates, and address concerns. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute strategic account plans in coherence with company guidelines to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the deal is well implemented in point of sales. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer service) to adapt global plans that meet clients’ unique needs. Negotiate contract terms, while maximizing profitability for the organization. Ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms, ensuring the timely delivery of products/services. Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific business goals. Collaborate with marketing, customer support, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to key account management. Mentor junior account managers or sales staff as needed, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed. Show more Show less
