Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee and manage the relationships with strategic customers both at national and regional level in Area 1 Nielsen. He will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term customer relationship through a deep understanding of their needs and requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. About the Role: Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major customers to ensure they do not turn to competition. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Key tasks will be: Develop & maintain strong relationships with the trade. Develop & lead his own Customer Business Plan implementation. Drive annual negotiations and promotional plans with her/his customers. Ensure effective use of trade spend with her/his customers. Drive & monitor Perfect Store / Sell-out execution KPIs Manage and negotiate pricing with the trade. Evaluate implementation of promotional & merchandising activities Lead key competitor analysis in the region. Input into the S&OP process including forecasting. Work closely with Customer Service to improve performance. Monitor Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for major categories. Qualifications & Experience: Commercial degree, preferably in sales and marketing At least 2-3 years of working experience in Sales in KAM manager role. Proven track record of delivery top line and bottom-line results.
