In Italy, ACTIA has 2 locations in Turin and Milan, employing 80+ people. ACTIA Italia is responsible for Sales & Operations with strategic ACTIA customers. ACTIA Italia is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager with a relevant experience in Agricultural, Construction and Commercial vehicles OEM . The Key Account Manager will join our commercial team based in Turin, reporting directly to the Sales Director. He/she must hold good technical bases to understand products’ functionality and their interaction with the customers’ vehicle architectures (CAN networks, Ethernet, etc.) and with the IT infrastructures (wireless networks, cloud, etc.) which they can be connected to. Such technical bases are an essential requirement to effectively manage commercial relationship with the assigned Account. Your Responsibilities: Be the KAM for the selected OEM, providing support and first contact point Attend customer meetings, including project meetings Manage quotations and negotiations with the Account Identify potential business and growth opportunities within the Account Create action plans and tactics to win and support selection of “must wins” projects Drive internal guidelines for OEM Strategy and Business Plan across BUs Track the Account platforms cycle plans and volumes Report the monthly forecasts to define production plans and sales outlook Monitor and report competitor activities and positioning at the OEM Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably electronic/mechatronic/telecommunication) Strong commercial attitude No less than 3 years sales experience in automotive industry Experience in international cooperation and teams Availability to business trips (mainly in Italy and Europe, with occasional overseas travels) Advanced MS Office skills Excellent English skills Nice to have: Agricultural, Construction and Commercial vehicles market knowledge Experience in leading positions in BD/Sales with Premium OEM customers French is a plus.
