As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Key Account Sales Specialist to join our team and help us drive sales and build long-lasting relationships with key clients. Position Overview: As a Key Account Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. You’ll be the go-to expert on our forklift safety systems, identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving the adoption of our safety technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in various industries, including logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and proactively develop a pipeline of prospective clients. • Present our forklift safety systems and technologies to key decision-makers, customizing solutions to meet their unique operational requirements. • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and customer satisfaction of our systems. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable growth while meeting customer expectations. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights that inform our sales strategies. • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed to promote our brand and expand the client base. Qualifications: • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within safety solutions, industrial equipment, or logistics systems. • Strong track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them in simple, actionable terms. • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
