We are seeking a Project Leader Service (PLS) to support the Lead Partner (LP) and Work Package Leads (WPL) in maintaining a cohesive workflow across various Work Packages (WP) and ensuring alignment with the project’s overall goals. The overall objectives of the assignment are to: Ensure the quality and goal attainment of the project. Maintain a cohesive workflow across WPs. Receive critical feedback and sparring to drive the project forward. Obtain regular status updates and a final comprehensive report. Benefit from participation in test events and selected meetings. Description of the assignment The selected supplier will assist the LP, WPL, and Steering Group (SG) in quality assurance and goal attainment throughout the project. The PLS will: Support the LP and WPL in ensuring the delivery of committed outcomes in each WP. Continuously ask critical questions to drive the work forward according to plan. Attend selected meetings, both digital and in-person, in different partner countries. Conduct annual interviews to deepen knowledge of activities, with results reported in status reports and feedback to the project organization. Provide status reports twice a year, aligned with the project’s reporting periods. The PLS will: Provide two status summaries per year. Deliver a final report at the end of the project. Participate in selected Partner Meetings (digital) and SG meetings (digital). If necessary also participating in 1 pilot test in Skåne. Conduct digital interviews with Project Partners. Requirements Senior competence in follow-up methodology and learning evaluation. Experience in report compilation and presentations. Skills in group processes and developmental feedback. At least four years of experience in evaluation methods relevant to the assignment. Subject area competence in transformation, business development, or equivalent. Desirable requirements for the selected supplier Competence in regenerative tourism. Experience from innovation processes. Experience from working in EU-funded project. Show more Show less
