LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Learning Specialist for a client company operating in the Innovation Technology sector. Responsibilities The individual will report to the Training Manager and will be responsible for the following activities: Designing, delivering, and managing e-learning courses Managing the company’s proprietary LMS platform Identifying and selecting external vendors and managing the relationship for platform and e-learning courses Managing European Education Projects (Horizon, EIT Manufacturing, Digital Europe) in coordination with the EU Education Project Manager: from contact with European partners to course management and delivery in Italy Supporting and participating in various special projects in the Education field (e.g., Digital Community, ISO 9001 Quality Certification) Designing, analyzing training needs, and developing customized and catalog training projects Managing administrative tasks related to PNRR funds for relevant courses Your Profile Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the role of Learning and Development Specialist Fluent in English Complete autonomy in the role Knowledge of major platforms for designing and delivering training (preferably Moodle) Degree in humanities Familiarity with topics related to new technologies and Industry 4.0 preferred Estimated annual salary: €35,000 Show more Show less
