As a member of the Global Underwriting R&D team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we provide a premium service to our valued clients, both internal and external. About The Role Reporting to the Head of L&H UW & Claims Tools, you’ll have the opportunity to support key projects and work closely with a dedicated group of team members. Your role will be instrumental in delivering our underwriting and claims strategy, including the annual updates of the renowned Life Guide (#1 underwriting manual). In this role, you’ll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including IT and vendors, to deliver optimal solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinating projects and teams impacting Life Guide across Global UW & Claims, including planning and delivering annual content releases, conducting evidence-based reviews, gathering global peer feedback, authoring, and handling marketing/communications. Delivering exceptional customer service through our Life Guide mailbox. Providing support for tools releases by testing technical upgrades, or authoring content during peak seasons. Collaborating closely with the Head L&H UW & Claims Tools to manage projects and engage in cross-functional cooperation to ensure successful project delivery. About You We’re looking for a candidate who excels in swiftly adapting to change, possesses a strong sense of ownership to drive projects to completion, and shows strength in handling end-to-end projects within complex stakeholder environments. A track record of success through a positive and collaborative approach in prior roles is highly valued. Essentials A university degree or equivalent work experience in the business field. 2-5 years of experience in project management, transformation, strategic, or technical operational activities. Strong teamwork skills, allowing you to perform at a high level with others and independently. We look forward to your application! The Requirements, Scope, Complexity And Responsibilities Of The Role, For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2100 and EUR 3500 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
