What You Will Have to Do Deliver web-based, email and phone technical support in English Handle support issues, whenever raised by customers Write educative articles focused on troubleshooting or product features Debug software performance on customer’s installation Provide feedback and report to management on overall software quality Conduct customer engineering training Provide deployment design strategy for the customer’s infrastructure Report to Product Management on software experience What You Must Know Technical Skills BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Linux servers, preferably RHEL Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging Linux systems Strong understanding of Linux internals, networking Advanced scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash) Overall IaaS understanding (e.g. Amazon AWS/ Azure/GCP) Experience with Nomad, Consul, Vault, Docker/Podman, Nginx, Asterisk, Kamailio, MariaDB, Redis, OpenSearch VoIP protocols experience (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) Automation tools (Ansible/Pulumi/Terraform) Professional Skills Experience in writing educative articles focused on troubleshooting or product features Skill in conducting customer engineering training sessions Ability to offer feedback and insights to management regarding overall software quality Collaboration and Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams Client management proficiency Availability for on-call rotation when necessary Benefits Above industry financial benefits Over 20 benefits, from VIP medical insurance to shares and support programs Major technical challenges in real-time communications, high performance service delivery, data analytics Free meals and healthy snacks Full support for relocation to Bucharest (including from abroad) Easy access to our office.
