Date of advertisement: Dec 25, 2024 Job Number: 1794 Job Type: Warehouse/Logistics Job category: Permanent Description Your tasks will be: Managing, controlling and motivating the subordinate team; Ensuring that employees are working safely, checking, observing and enforcing occupational health and safety rules; Carrying out occupational health and safety and other inspection related daily work and appropriate measures if necessary; Up-to-date knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations regarding warehouse technical systems and their operation; Investigation of security risks; Transferring the corporate culture to subordinate colleagues; Ensuring the progress of the group according to plan, in order to achieve the set goals; Participation in the optimization of logistics processes for efficient operation; Regular reporting to the manager; Evaluating the performance of employees; General warehouse tasks; Adherence and enforcement of the 5S system. What We Expect From You Technical secondary school or above; Valid forklift driver’s license; Knowledge of warehouse management; User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; At least 2 years of experience in a similar field; English language skills; Strong leadership skills; Good communication and organizational skills; Team spirit and cooperative skills; Commitment to work in Debrecen.
