Let’s work together for the future of electromobility in Europe! Your Tasks Will Be Coordinating the processes necessary for the maintenance of production machines and equipment, ensuring their continuous operation and maintaining production efficiency. Supporting improvements in safety, quality, and processes by developing and implementing action plans to achieve company goals. Developing effective work methods, planning and coordinating process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Creating and continuously monitoring a talent pool in the designated area, ensuring the availability of the right professionals for future needs. Identifying key skills required for the team, developing training programs and development plans, and ensuring their effective implementation to support professional growth. Managing factory operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the efficient use of resources to achieve the best results. Achieving organizational and departmental goals through continuous alignment of the team and business processes. What We Expect From You Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with proficiency in electrical maintenance. Knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic drives, material handling, and robotics. Expertise in mechanical automation, including assembly, welding, and cutting machines. Logical thinking, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills. Ability to align team members’ skills and maximize their potential. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Experience in project management. Negotiation-level proficiency in English. An Advantage Experience in battery manufacturing, lithium battery industry is preferred.
