Our team in Amsterdam is expanding and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious senior level professional to join our Financial Due Diligence team with focus on Financial Services sector. The level can vary from a Manager to Director, depending on the experience and expertise candidates have. As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to : Join a pan European team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people and a truly entrepreneurial spirit Contribute and lead work streams on Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with many of our Managing Directors and Senior Directors Work with a variety of large and mid-cap private equity and financial institutions ensuring broad industry exposure Deliver international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations world wise Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side Contribute to commercial activities including business development and marketing Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction Coach & develop more junior colleagues while benefiting from established formal and informal training program and mentorship Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and initiate & develop new client relationships. Essential experience: Proven experience in Financial Due Diligence focused on Financial Services industry at a Big 4 firm is essential Fluent business level knowledge of English and Dutch is a must.
