At our Aarhus site, we’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to play a critical role in optimizing our production processes and supporting operations with your expertise. Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Engineer , you’ll in time become the trusted right hand to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Production Excellence: Providing technical support to production and assembly teams, solving complex technical challenges, and optimizing processes to ensure top-notch quality and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration Across Teams: Working closely with innovation teams, and departments like R&D and Product Development to ensure seamless operations and introduce new products effectively. Continuous Improvement: Managing operational procedures, enhancing material flow, and implementing solutions to resolve quality issues. Leadership in Decision-Making: Setting priorities for activities, participating in and drive investment projects, and contributing to decisions that drive operational success. Who are we? What Matters The Most For Us That You Have Operational excellence: A sharp eye for detail, with a passion for optimizing processes and solving problems. Strong communication: Fluency in English is essential, and conversational Danish when engaging with shop-floor teams. Leadership: A collaborative and proactive mindset to lead and inspire teams. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles Proven ability to answer technical queries about fabrications, providing support across production and assembly.
