In 2022, ESET has established new global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to delivering and supporting large companies and public institutions with complex tailor-made solutions aiming to increase cyber-resilience. The Corporate Solutions division is now expanding to key markets and we are looking for an experienced and outcome oriented Market Lead in Italy. In this role, you will develop and execute a strategy to boost ESET presence in corporate solutions segments for Italy with customer facing team serving named customers. You will be part of the global Corporate Solutions organization. Market leadยดs responsibilities: Defines and executes market growth strategy for Italy, targeting new clients while growing existing clients and driving selected opportunities for clients that are directly managed by Corporate Solutions at HQ. Is accountable for client portfolio P/L (sales, revenues, profitability) and customer satisfaction (happiness) in Italy. Is accountable for reaching annual and multiyear targets in Italy. Coordinates with VP Go-To-Market to growth and transition existing ESET clients from ESET partners to become directly managed by Corporate Solutions division. Creates & executes account plans for to penetrate, build & scale up new client relations. Works with Global Corporate Solutions Services Lead, Global Corporate Solutions Delivery Lead and Global Market Offering Lead to ensure customer value creation & customer needs satisfaction. Defines and approves sale strategies and target pricing for Corporate Solutions opportunities in Italy, in line with market and customer account strategies, while adhering to agreed opportunity, pricing and risk management guidelines Works with ESET client vendor ecosystem to improve Corporate Solutions positioning (including partners/resellers). Works with global system integrators to create and execute joint account plan for new clients and joint opportunities in Italy. Performs conceptual, systemic, creative, methodological and business activities as directed by direct supervisor. Performs other work on projects and tasks as directed by direct supervisor. Managerial responsibilities: Builds, leads & scales up the market team . Manages, plans and delegates work to team members and is responsible for performance of assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and processes. Sets clear and realistic goals and expectations towards work performance within prescribed deadlines. Takes timely and efficient measures to ensure high-quality and timely work output of the team and its members. Provides regular feedback and evaluates work performance of direct subordinates (e.g. probation period, definite period, assessment interviews). In cooperation with the employee prepares their personal development plans and ensures relevant development and educational activities. Proposes and implements improvements of processes and work procedures within the team. Cooperates with immediate superior on financial planning and remains continuously updated on spending of funds. Our requirements for the role: 10+ years of experience in relevant industry. 10+ years managerial experience. Track record in building corporate business & sales. English Language โ€“ C1 level. Market & client development and management skills. Able to communicate effectively within organization to build support for CS division targets. To have sufficient business and industry acumen to hold repetitive value added discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Able to independently conduct complex and difficult client and vendor discussions. Able to independently negotiate issues and crisis resolution towards mutually acceptable outcomes. Able to operate at senior executive level, but drill down to relevant details if required. Sharp decision making and outcome focused. Able to manage ambiguity and complexity.
