About the Firm Ambienta is a European environmental sustainability investor across private equity, public market and private credit. Operating out of Milan, London, Paris and Munich, Ambienta manages over €3.0bn in assets with a focus on investing in private and public companies driven by environmental megatrends and whose products or services improve Resource Efficiency or Pollution Control. In private equity, Ambienta has completed 76 Investments to date. In public equity markets, Ambienta has pioneered one of the world’s largest absolute return funds entirely focused on environmental sustainability and manages a full suite of sustainable products ranging from low-risk multi-asset funds to equity long-only. In 2020, Ambienta became IIGCC member and in 2023, as one of very few asset managers, continued being a positive role model for the industry by committing to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi). www.ambientasgr.com Your role and responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications and working closely with the Investor Relations and Investment Teams, the Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Ambienta’s ambitious global marketing and communications programme. Key areas of responsibility will include: · Curating, creating and distributing digital content communicating Ambienta’s leadership in sustainable investment for external audiences · Working with media agencies and internal stakeholders to develop press releases · Assisting with the preparation of newsletters and reports · Supporting communications activities across both offline and online channels · Performing peer research and market analysis · Contributing to the delivery of events for our investors and key audiences Your Skills · Minimum 3 years of marketing or communications experience with a focus on asset management · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Interest in environmental sustainability · Intellectual curiosity, creative flair with analytical drive · Ability to learn quickly and work independently · Knowledge of digital marketing channels and software (LinkedIn, Canva) · Excellent knowledge of MS Office; basic design/graphic skills a plus · Excellent command of English and proficiency in Italian (written and spoken), other languages a plus Location Milan Office Show more Show less
