About The Role As a Mechanical Engineer in our Recovery and Lime Kiln Business, you will play a crucial role in engineering our core machines. You will contribute to the continuous development of our products and work processes, leveraging your experience and skills. Key Responsibilities Create and ensure the quality of engineering documentation, including conceptual, basic, and 3D detailed engineering. Coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager and other disciplines. Engage in problem-solving, improvement work, and investigations. Participate in customer meetings, both digital and on-site. Potentially serve as Lead Engineer in delivery projects within the Machines discipline. Travel for project meetings, inspections, and customer visits as required. Role Details In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all engineering aspects meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be important in ensuring project success. Qualifications B. Sc or M. Sc in engineering with 6-10 years of experience in machine design, or equivalent knowledge. Highly skilled in SolidWorks and EPDM. Experience in machinery delivery projects. Fluent in Danish and English; additional languages are a plus. Strong initiative, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Team player with the confidence to take the lead when necessary. Experience in the pulp and paper industry. Valid driver’s license.
