Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Lead with Precision: Conducting meticulous inspections and rework of PCBs and components to IPC-A-610 standards, ensuring only the highest quality products reach our customers. Hands-On Assembly & Testing: Get involved in the manual assembly of cutting-edge products, and perform rigorous functional and environmental testing to confirm reliability and performance in demanding conditions. Drive Quality: Record and address nonconformities, collaborating in root cause analysis to continuously improve our processes. Innovate and Collaborate: Contribute your insights during product development, helping shape the future of space technologies. Maintain Excellence in Documentation: Keep detailed records of inspections, tests, and materials, ensuring full traceability in our production processes. Requirements: A degree in a natural sciences or technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics). A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in quality engineering or a similar role. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electronic components, with exceptional attention to detail. IPC-A-610 certification is a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Odoo. What do we offer?
