We are inviting a Medical Representative to join our team in Estonia . Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Visit customers to introduce company’s medicines in accordance with business plans Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing support and product promotion Execute assigned number of calls Organize and participate in medical product presentations for customers Deploy and use approved promotional materials Prepare and submit required reports as per company’s requirements Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars Support in organizing monthly/cycle meeting agenda Participate in Marketing projects Essential Requirements What you’ll bring to the role: 3+ years’ experience in similar position University degree: pharmacy, medical, chemistry, biology and/or Business Customer focus, excellent communication and presentation skills, business acumen Fluent Estonian and good English and/or Russian language skills You’ll Receive Competitive reward package with salary, depending on your skills and experience Bonus, based on individual impact Company car Health, life, and accident insurances Meal card Additional annual leave days Outcomes of employee recognition program Learning and development opportunities, both through development, training programs and on-the-job.
