Job Description Are you passionate about driving partnership engagement and helping our restaurant & retail partners improve performance through campaigns and offers? We are now searching for a Merchant Promotion Associate to help us grow Wolt’s and our restaurant partners’ customer retention through campaigns such as discounts, promos and Wolt Ads. You will join our established Promotion and Wolt Ads team and take part in shaping how we run campaigns at scale in Denmark. Previous experience in sales is a plus, but your motivation and interest to learn and develop is most important. The function is responsible for selling the Wolt Ads and Promotion solutions to existing restaurants and retail stores on Wolt. This will primarily happen on the phone and via written communication. Day-to-day you will own and manage all stages of your sales funnel from establishing first contact to negotiation terms and conditions for growing the partners business on Wolt via Wolt Ads and Promotions. You will be contacting restaurants and retail stores on the phone in all areas of Denmark. Additionally, you will be able to report results and have the basis for upselling our different offerings. Your manager will provide training and coaching, and we expect that high-performing promotion associates will follow an inspiring path with opportunities ahead. Previous experience in sales is preferred, but most important is your motivation and interest to learn sales! What you’ll be doing: Inbound and outbound contact to restaurant partners over the phone to pitch campaign possibilities to maximize growth Configuring campaigns in our internal tools to help partners reach visibility and maximum customer satisfaction and retention Execute our annual campaign calendar in close collaboration with our Marketing and Development teams to ensure Wolt customers have access to a great selection of offers anytime and anywhere Analyze campaign performance to find ways for Wolt and restaurant partners to improve their sales on Wolt Manage your own portfolio of leads that you systematically contact Our humble expectations You are motivated by talking to new people every day, and consider yourself as a “Hunter” You love to compete and thrive in a result-driven environment where we celebrate success You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up the sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment You are a strong communicator and have fundamental commercial understanding You are fluent in Danish and sufficient in English in speaking and writing Structured – you are good at managing your time and pipeline to reach the goals. Experience with any CRM tools is an advantage.
